Shipping and Returns
Allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 2-7 days for your order to be shipped to you. All packages are shipped with USPS and are shipped Monday through Friday.
During the holidays, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. Holiday orders are shipped 1 business day after your order has been processed.
As soon as your order is processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. If your order has been marked as "delivered" and you have not received your package, please reach out to USPS (https://www.usps.com/help/contact-us.htm) to resolve the issue.
If your order has been returned because the provided address is incorrect, we will reship the product to you with a reshipping fee.
Due to the nature of products being sold, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on personal care products. All sales are final.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
